アルビオン・カントリー・バンド『バトル・オブ・ザ・フィールド』。
LPは1976年にアイランド・レコード（Island Records）の廉価盤レーベル「HELP」からリリースされました（録音は1973年）。
アシュリー・ハッチングス、マーティン・カーシー、サイモン・ニコル、ジョン・カークパトリック＆スー・ハリス夫妻、ロジャー・スワロー。
デイヴ・マタックスがカークパトリック夫妻によるトラック「Reaphook And Sickle」にパーカッションで、リチャード・トンプソンが作曲（「Albion Sunrise」「The New St. George」）で参加しています。
これはわりと見過ごされがちだとおもいますが、ダンス曲だけでなくバラッド曲も充実していて、マーティン・カーシーがヴォーカルをとるリチャード・トンプソンの「The New St. George」と中世舞曲「La Rotta」（ペンタングルも取り上げていました）エレクトリック版のメドレーや、6分半におよぶドラマティックな殺人バラッド「Hanged I Shall Be」（ヴォーカルはカーシー）など、たいへんすばらしいです。
