「《インサイド・サティ》はオリジナルのシンプルさを生かしながら、ほんのちょっとひねっている。或いは、誰しもサティを聴いたり弾いたりしながら、ふっと想像した「別」の、「もうひとり」のサティがここでは実現されているとでも言ったらいいか。《ジムノペディ》のテンポをはやめて、ワルツみたいに、更にはやめてサーカスの音楽のようにしてみる。音色も変えてみる。（中略）モーガンは、サティの良く知られた曲が詰っている箱をゆっくりと開け、そこからちょっとちがった宝物のようなサティ曲を、魔法のようにみせてくれるのだ。」
