輸入盤に日本語帯・ライナー付。三方背スリーブケース。透明ジュエルケース。ジュエルケースにジャケット（カード）と十字折りブックレット。ブックレットにトラックリスト＆クレジット＆歌詞。スリーブケース裏にRobert Hardy（Franz Ferdinand）、Richard Reed Parry（The Arcade Fire）、Boom Bip、Andy Broder（Fog）によるコメント。添付カード（片面印刷）に日本語ライナー＆バイオ。
本作はまずジャケットデザインがすばらしいです。個人的にはスマパン（スマッシング・パンプキンズ）のメロン・コリー、アリチェン（アリス・イン・チェインズ）の犬ジャケと並ぶ1990年代三大名作ジャケです。
音の方はシド・バレット、インクレディブル・ストリング・バンド、ファウストといったあたりが連想されます。フォーク、パンク、アイリッシュ、マーチングバンド等がコラージュ的に処理され異化されていて、いささか強引ながら説得力のあるだみ声で歌われるシュールな歌詞も興味深いです。
