トラックリストの各曲冒頭に付された「L」「S」「M」とは何かというと、それぞれ「リリス（Lilith）」（ユダヤ教の伝説によると、イヴ以前、アダムと同時に創造された最初の女性で、アダムに服従することを拒んでエデンの園を去ったため、家父長制の側からは悪魔に与する夜の悪霊として蛇やフクロウと関連付けられ厭悪される一方、フェミニズムの観点からは最初の女性解放運動家とみなされる）、「サロメ（Salome）」（フラウィウス・ヨセフス『ユダヤ古代誌』に登場するヘロデ王の娘で、新約聖書では洗礼者ヨハネの断首を求めた悪女とされるが、フェミニズムの観点からは家父長制的伝統に反抗した女性として評価される）、「マグダラのマリア（Magdalene）」（新約聖書に登場する悔悛した娼婦で、「七つの悪霊」に憑かれた「罪深い女」とみなされる一方、敬虔な信徒としてキリストの磔刑／埋葬／復活の場面に居合わせるなど重要な役割を果たしており、「原始キリスト教において、女性の地位と役割をめぐる葛藤を体現する存在」（岡田温司『マグダラのマリア』））の、三人の「ファム・ファタル」（悪女）／「フェミニスト」（女性解放運動家）の頭文字で、それぞれがその歌の主人公であることを示しています。
「Domestic Stories」（家庭の物語）というのはなんなのか。父権制社会に適応して家庭を守る「良妻賢母」（炉／家庭／国家の秩序を司る処女神ウェスタ／ヘスティアー）こそフェミニズム運動の敵である、ということでしょうか。家庭内デコンストラクションのすすめでしょうか。
「アート・ベアーズ」のクリス・カトラー、フレッド・フリス、ダグマー・クラウゼに、「カシーバー」のアルフレート・ハルトと来れば悪かろうはずがないですが、個人的にはルッツ・グランディーンはいまひとつよくわからないです。ジャケ絵はピーター・ブレグヴァドによるイラストで、心臓（ハート）を「1．想像によって描いたもの」「2．観察によって描いたもの」「3．記憶によって描いたもの」ですが、それがどういうことかについてはブレグヴァドの近著『Imagine, Observe, Remember』（2020年）に詳しいです。
